Tobacco blends and brands disappearing?

recently went to P&C (Pipes & Cigars) to check out the pipe tobaccos.
I was looking to buy some more BlackHouse as I liked the tin that @Tracy gave me recently.
Since it is a Hearth & Home product P&C is about the only place to find it.
I could not find it listed anywhere.
Then I got to thinking.
Could this have been a result in that FDA law going into action that required paying to test certain tobacco products if they were only out for less than a certain number of years?
If so, have you had it impact any of your favorite blends?
Or have you noticed any blends you enjoy no longer being available?

Dang and that was my last tin. I knew that I should have picked up some more a few years ago to set aside to age. I am glad you enjoyed it, but sorry you did not find any more.
It seems like everything I find an affinity for either is discontinued after being sold to another company or the dang FDA killed it off with their high entry cost to continue selling it.
